FELA lawsuit filed against Terminal Railroad Association

A truck operator and laborer filed a Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA) April 27 against Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis.
Claiming injuries to his hands, wrists and body, the suit seeks a judgment in excess of $100,000 for the disability and disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of earnings and medical bills.
