FELA lawsuit filed against Terminal Railroad Association

-April 27, 2005

A truck operator and laborer filed a Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA) April 27 against Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis.

Claiming injuries to his hands, wrists and body, the suit seeks a judgment in excess of $100,000 for the disability and disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of earnings and medical bills. The complaint states that throughout the railroad worker's career, beginning in 2001, he was subjected to repetitive trauma while repairing railroad tracks for the company.
